BAG OF CANS started up less than a month ago and have been gigging around their local city of Norwich as well as bagging a support slot at the sold out EARTH DAY gig at the Bicycle Shop. We play a heavy, bluesy version of indie-punk, combining Libertines-style songwriting with the English humour akin to early Blur and the Kinks. Our debut single, "Clean As A Whistle", written by guitarist George Bryce, is a perfect example of these aspects - an energetic riff-driven song with lyrics which allude to the chaotic, dishevelled nature of a 20-something's life in this disparate modern age.
